October 1, 2021
Dear Trusted Clients,
As we head into the holiday season, we know that securing product for your customers, clients, employees, tradeshows and gifting is more important than ever. As demand continues to pick up, so will the conversations about order fulfillment. That’s why we want to update you on how supply chain disruptions are impacting us so that you are better prepared to address this topic with your upcoming plans and projects.
While our industry continues to face issues within the supply chain (as does every industry at this point) – such as staffing shortages, transportation delays, rising costs, and order backlogs – we have taken several proactive steps to mitigate these challenges over the last few months, including:
- Flying in large shipments of our most popular styles to ensure they are available for our busy season.
- Investing heavily in inventory and making large buys well in advance to ensure a steady flow of goods to support business growth, longer lead times, and factory capacity issues.
- Working closely with our logistics providers to forecast, book, and plan for upcoming shipments.
- Improving our internal and external communication as well as our website features around current inventory stock position, outages, and available substitute products.
While we’ve taken these positives measures and are in a strong inventory position, we need to make some operational changes.
As of October 1, 2021, we are suspending our next-day shipping guarantee for blank orders received by 3 pm EST. While we will continue to do our best to fulfill all orders and prioritize back orders as we receive out-of-stock items, we cannot guarantee that each order processed before 3 pm EST will ship the next day.
Please plan for potential shipping delays during peak months, particularly in Q4, based on the expected surge in business combined with factors outside of our control relating to third-party carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, that have already communicated potential delays. We recommend placing orders early or choosing expedited shipping methods to help ensure your items arrive when needed.

Due to capacity constraints, please also account for longer decoration lead times during the holiday season. Final production on decorated orders, after virtual proof approval, may take 15+ business days. We are also announcing our holiday cutoff date of December 1, 2021, for all decoration orders. This date is subject to change depending on capacity as we get deeper into the holiday season, so if you need your decoration order to be received by Christmas, we highly encourage that you place your order in advance. Additionally, we will not be able to offer our flat-rate decoration drop ship program again this holiday season. This program was offered at the end of last year as we wanted to make it easier to send orders to those working remotely. The current environment presents new challenges that we are focused on overcoming to better support you and your customers.
As we continue to navigate the supply chain crisis together, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to alleviate the impact on your business. We are confident that these policy changes are temporary and that we will be able to guarantee our standard service levels again in 2022.
As always, please feel free to reach out to your sales representative or Customer Service for more information. We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to helping you through the holiday season.
Sincerely,
Benny Greenberg
